With a background in psychology, Iria has been working in innovation and service design since 2004. Her clients over the past three years include Method, Telefonica, the UK government, EY-Seren, Boston Consulting Group and Fjord-Accenture. What she does best is explore complex problems involving many stakeholders and disciplines, and turn them into areas of opportunity. Iria’s current topics of interest are cultural change, organisational design and service design training.
